The rooftop spa was a highlight! amazing city views and the breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the fresh pastries. , location was super convenient with restaurants and nightlife just a few steps away.
Nothing could be improved.

Request a room on higher floors to enhance your city view experience, especially during the evening when Tokyo's skyline is beautifully illuminated.

rooftop onsen, tattoo patches, stylish decor
The sky spa area fell short of expectations, feeling stuffy and dull!!! The poorly centered TV in the room made it impossible to watch comfortably. Inadequate laundry facilities are a significant oversight!!!

Recommend it for solo travelers
The hotel’s rooftop spa was a real highlight for me. I enjoyed the sauna and the outdoor bath under the stars, nothing beats that after a long day of running around.
It wasn’t cheap but I guess it’s expected for a place like this.

The views from the room were incredible & I loved the rooftop space with the sauna and pools. Breakfast was a delight with a mix of flavors, though more gluten-free options would have been great. Staff were super friendly and efficient.
The check-in process felt a bit stiff. The air conditioner did make some weird noises at night, but nothing too bothersome.

Great location, but service needs work
I stayed for 3 nights in an Executive Twin Room. The location near the train station was super convenient! The restaurant had some good meals, but the staff were kinda off. Water pressure was all over the place in the shower, and I had a weird issue with my missing pants during cleaning. Not the best time.

It was just an appropriate option for an overnight stop in Tokyo with definitely value for money. The rooftop onsen under the stars was a pleasant surprise after a long day. Consider requesting a higher room for better city views.

stylish stay with great amenities
The rooftop onsen experience was rejuvenating after a long day of exploring, offering both indoor and outdoor baths. The hotel's modern design was appealing, making for a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. I appreciated the easy access to nearby dining options, enhancing the overall convenience of the location. My room offered a beautiful city view, especially at night when the skyline was illuminated.
The check-in process felt a bit rigid.

Staying here was a great experience! I loved the spacious Executive Queen Room and the breakfast buffet that offered a fantastic mix of options, especially the fresh croissants. the bed being pushed against the wall made getting in a bit awkward. I’d definitely return!

The rooftop onsen offered a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The outdoor bath experience was memorable, especially at night. Our Executive Deluxe King Room had a slightly obscured view but allowed enough light to enjoy the scenery. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, particularly in the common areas and our room. The breakfast options were abundant, although predominantly meat-based, which left me looking for more vegetarian choices. We dealt with some noise from pipes during our stay, requiring a room change, but the staff managed that efficiently. The air conditioner did create a gurgling sound, but it was nothing that disrupted our sleep. The proximity to the Roppongi station made getting around the city easy, yet the check-in process felt rigid, lacking flexibility for early arrivals or late departures. It made moving luggage a hassle. Still, I appreciated the nearby convenience stores and restaurants, making it convenient for quick snacks and meals.

great location but average room comfort
The location is excellent, just 100 meters from the metro station which connects to two of Tokyo's main lines. I loved the city view from my room, especially during the evening when the lights truly shine.
The room comfort did not meet my expectations for a high-end stay.
